What's for Supper? A One Dish Wonder

One of my "Go-To" recipes is this Chicken-Green Beans-Potato Dish! It's a favorite of my family and you just can't beat that! So simple!

In a 13 X 9 baking dish, place

1 pkg. (3-4 breasts) chicken (middle)

On one side, add 2 cans green beans (drained)

On the other side, add new potatoes cut into small chunks

Generously sprinkle Italian seasoning over the entire dish

Pour one stick melted butter over the entire dish

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Delicious!

Although I love jalapenos, not everybody does so I left out the jalapenos this time. In my oven, it cooked in about 30 minutes. I made it before the chicken dish and kept it warm while the chicken dish baked.

For the sweet tooth - peanut butter cookies with white chocolate chips topped with Dove heart milk chocolates!

I love making this meal anytime and my family thought it was special enough for a Valentine's dinner - served by request! I just love that something so easy could be so good!
