Bunny Rolls

 

Saw some cute bunny rolls on Facebook and just had to try them! How clever! First, I made them from memory so my ears aren't exactly like the ones I first saw. Nothing to it! Just a small snip with kitchen shears for each ear. Then I used the end of the scissors to make the eyes.

 

 

After I made them, I searched for the original post again to find that the ones I saw were made from scratch! Oh, well - I used these Bridgeford Parkerhouse Style rolls. Bake according to package directions.They weren't perfectly round like the others so (after they thawed) I tried to make them round before I made my "snips".

 

These rolls were great! They will definitely be served with an Easter meal.
