Do you ever go the the grocery store and then get home and wonder what's for supper? Just thought I would share a simple menu with you that I find delicious and easy!
Pork Tenderloin - Macaroni & Cheese - Butterbeans - Crescent Rolls
Pork Tenderloin in the Crockpot
1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 3/4 C. water
3 T. minced garlic
3 T. soy sauce
Black pepper to taste
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water and soy sauce over the top. Sprinkle garlic over the pork. Sprinkle with pepper, cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve with the liquid on the side..............Very tender and tasty!
Dodie's Macaroni and Cheese
1 16 oz. pkg. macaroni - cooked
2 - 2 1/2 C. milk
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter
16 oz. cheddar cheese
Add butter to cooked macaroni. Beat eggs and add milk. Layer macaroni, cheese. Pour 1/2 milk mixture over macaroni and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown......Very creamy and yummy!

Oh, if you must know, the beans are "Green Giant" and the crescent rolls are "Pillsbury"!
