Happy XLVII Barry

Red Velvet Cake Roll

It's my husband's birthday and he is the same age as the Super Bowl! Today, we will be celebrating 47 years! He is 17, 155 days old or 411,720 hours old or 24,703,200 minutes old!

We will celebrate with his favorite Red Velvet Cake - just a slightly different version - basically the same recipe, different style! I ran across the Red Velvet Cake Roll and thought I would give it a try - it's not perfect, but I think it will be tasty!

Happy Birthday to the BEST husband, Daddy, sportswriter and statistician!
